The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing product/service information, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Follow company policies and procedures to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
