In this role you will:
- Work with calibration leads to assess data for measurements of uncertainty for field-based and depot-based calibrations.
- Develop and write protocols and procedures, especially relating to uncertainty measurements and other calibration good governance requirements, to standardize calibration operating and remediation procedures globally.
- Work with calibration leads to drive global compliance with applicable industry standards (ISO/IEC 17025; NIST).
- Asses current calibration test and measurement protocols and procedures documentation and address compliance to industry best practices and standards.
- Read, understand, and follow documentation and department procedures, including global procedures.
- Ensure that skills are maintained on a continual basis to support QS activities and objectives and participate in process improvement efforts.
- Adhere to the company’s Style Guide, terminology guidelines, and relevant best-practice guidelines.
- Provide support for the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs processes that the team adheres to.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of content.
- Revise and update documentation as needed to reflect changes in product features or functionality.
- Apply established standards and best practices to ensure uniformity and quality.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Must have expertise in measurements of uncertainty to include data collection and calculation.
- Experience of working in a global environment.
- Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills in the English language at the native-speaker level
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage complex projects independently and collaborate with subject matter experts.
It would be a plus if you also have experience in the following:
- Expertise in pressure measurement and Flow
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and react appropriately in a dynamic work environment for completing deliverables on time.
- Ability to work and flourish in a diverse, multinational environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize, balance varying demands, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional English and communication skills; able to transform complex information into concise, easy-to-understand content.

Salary: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour
