Cafe Manager

We're currently looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join our team! This position includes the following responsibilities: managing day-to-day activities, maintaining a properly stocked inventory, taking orders, making espresso drinks and coffees, cooking breakfast sandwiches and lunch/dinner paninis, making salads, basic prep work, maintaining a clean sandwich station, regular open/closing duties dependent on scheduled shift. This role will be a supervisory role with the other staff members along with leading by example with constant hands-on duties.

Requirements: Good communication; interpersonal skills, strong hands-on work ethic, customer service experience, restaurant or barista experience is a must. A normal day includes a few busy rushes so we're looking for someone that works well under pressure.

Currently, this position is around 40 hours per week.Total compensation package will be up over $60k
