In this role, you will act as a leader within the account, being responsible for the execution of all food preparation at assigned location; this included leading and supervising the production of other. The production Manager is responsible for keeping the kitchen, serving areas and storage areas up to company standards.
You will partner with the Food Service Director to plan and produce menus, order product, oversee inventory management in the district. These functions must be performed ensuring that physical inventories are utilized properly in the district and that food cost goals are met or exceeded. You will assist with service. After service break down assigned station and work with kitchen staff to complete production records and prep list for the next day. Thoroughly clean assigned station and complete any assigned cleaning lists. You will manage and complete administrative and reporting duties in an accurate and timely manner.

Experience working within a K-12 school district is strongly desired but not necessary.

- Must have or be able to obtain current certifications and licenses required by local, state, and/or Federal guidelines for food production management.
