Cafe Manager

As a Head Barista (Cafe Manager), Fuel America is looking for someone who is well spoken, energetic, enthusiastic, a leader, & a fast learner. We have a family-oriented work environment and need individuals who are motivated to excel and offer an incredible experience to our customers and our staff. Responsibilities include: Gives excellent and friendly customer service, Performs accurate cash handling and operation of POS system, Ordering & Managing Inventory, Leads and mentors, and motivates the team, Restocks products as necessary, Provides high-level quality of coffee and food service during busy hours, includes making a variety of espresso and non-espresso drinks, sandwiches, acai bowls, pizzas, and more, Keep up with our high cleanliness standards, Maintains a clean and organized work environment, Must be able to work 8-hour shifts, Team player, flexible enough to pitch in where needed to get the job done, Coffee, event planning, and catering experience, TIPS certification, and Food Handler's Certification are a plus. Must also be willing to take part in team bonding activities.
