ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Provides supervision and support to the Caesars Rewards Representatives.
· Participates in the coordination of promotional responsibilities.
· Updates Caesars Rewards Representatives as to new policies and procedures.
· Monitors promotional activities, ensuring all rules and procedures are followed explicitly.
· Stays informed and aware of all hotel functions and available amenities.
· Follows and enforces all departmental policies, i.e., dress code, customer relations, procedures, etc.
· Trains all new clerks and acquires the necessary codes and materials the new employee will require.
· Performs administrative duties as required, completes necessary reports, and other related assignments and projects in a timely fashion.
· Assists with the events and tournaments.
· Notifies the Manager of any severe problems immediately, i.e., system problems, customer issues, employee issues, etc.
· Additional related duties as requested by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ability to communicate in a professional, businesslike manner.
· Friendly and outgoing personality.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· At least 1-year supervisory experience.
· PC skills, Microsoft applications, CMS, WINet a plus
