This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Global Technical Center- Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum.

Lead the customer engagement experience for Cadillac’s first ultra-luxury experience center located on the Warren Tech Center campus. Space is home of the CELESTIQ design center and be dedicated to vehicle custom commissioning and bespoke craftsmanship. The role is ultimately responsible for the ongoing seamless and special virtual & on-site luxury experience and operation processes for the experience center.

  • Oversight of cross-functional collaboration and operations planning with key design development stakeholders: Sustainable Workplace, Cadillac Studio/CELESTIQ Design Team, CELESTIQ Marketing Manager, Industrial Design, and Concierge/Customer Experience Team.
  • Definition & planning of global operational needs as well as definition of ongoing staffing, resource & budget requirements needed to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Manage day-to-day part personalization process
    • Coordinate with Concierge to ensure client request is accurately executed
    • Schedule craftsmen
    • Procure parts
    • Ship to and from Artisan Center (PPO South)
  • Manage concierge team responsible for the relationships with the ultra-high network customers and oversee their scheduling and concierge experience with contracted staff
  • Run leadership alignment workshops with key operations stakeholders.
  • Definition & integration of Cadillac signature luxury elements that offer storytelling, surprise & delight, and elevated experience. Space must feel special, highly curated, and leave a lasting memory with every guest from pre-arrival to departure.
  • Act as host and support Concierge team to set up space for both virtual and in-person consultations
    • Preparing materials
    • Starting up all equipment and ensuring it is functioning properly (conference rooms, large video displays, lights etc)
    • May require occasional after hour or weekend work for global clients
  • Oversee custom sample creation with Design Center craftsmen, work with Concierge team to ensure sample delivery on customer request
  • Develop calendar of events for both internal and external activities
  • On-Site contact for all events
    • Set space and equipment
    • Available for set up and tear down
  • Execute content updates for space
    • Rotating art exhibits and displays
    • Video walls
    • Décor
    • Holiday
  • Manage all day-to-day building operations teams including maintenance crew, house keeper, groundskeeping etc.
  • Support 36 hours in Detroit activities
  • Support global team with customs needs for client visits or material/sample shipments
  • Onsite safety and facilities lead

Additional Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of customer experience, customer service, marketing, event or design experience
  • Bachelors degree or relevent experience
  • Can work independently
  • Proven high performer
  • Experiential operations background
  • Experience with ultra-high network individuals and/or luxury experience is preferred
  • CX experience at luxury retail goods and events preferred.
  • Dealer contact experience preferred
