Assistant Spa Manager

We all work together and take care of one another. Our motto is to work hard and be nice to people! We have been in business for a little over 10 years with 10 treatment rooms, 3 mani/pedi stations, 1 make up station, 1 airbrush spray tan room, and 1 infrared sauna.

Job Overview:

-Primarily responsible for assisting in the daily management and operation of the spa
-Ensure excellent customer service.
-Resolve Guest Issues.
-Provide quality work ethic and environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

-Assisting with product inventory and ordering.
-Communicate efficiently and effectively with all staff and guests.
-Daily management and maintenance of operating system Meevo.
-Weekly meetings with Owner & Director

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a spa role required!
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

Desirable:
-Experience with Millennium or Meevo operation systems
