Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-3pm (1 hour lunch) - some overtime and Saturdays as needed

Position Summary:
The Tebis Operator within the company will be responsible for operating and programming Tebis within the Creative Services Studio.
Position Responsibilities :

• Create tool paths and tool design 40%
• Work within a creative design environment 10%
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and renderings 10%
• Develop surface models from supplied data from outside sources 20%
• Understand the fundamentals of composite tooling 20%

Position Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of experience programming on Tebis or applicable tool-path/tool design software
• Must possess engineering or Design Studio experience
• Experience with clay modeling
• Proto-type build experience
• GD&T proficiency

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days, depending on customer payment terms.
