The ideal candidate should have the skills to contribute in a collaborative team atmosphere. A motivated and organized individual with demonstrated technical skills and the ability to handle multiple projects is desired. The ability to take direction as well as work independently, to work on short time frames and meet tight deadlines is a must.
Responsibilities- Provide CAD / Revit Drawings as contracted to increase project procurement and revenue growth
- Review AQ and ensure quotes and drawings coincide
- Work in AQ to provide necessary cut-books to accompany designs
- Design based on Account Manager and customer parameters
- Work on jobsite(s) to obtain or verify measurements and critical job data
- Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors
- Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments
- Have a functioning knowledge of equipment specified and drawn
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction related industry
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a professional office
- College Degree preferred
- AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop & Excel & Microsoft Office proficiency is required
- Microsoft Project experience is a plus
- Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling experience is a plus
- Demonstrated skills in free hand drawing and sketching a plus
- Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record is required
- Candidate must have own transportation
