About Job :
- Looking for someone who has solid Solidworks experience.
- Requiring someone with recent Windchill experience.
- This position is responsible to work cross functionally a cross-functional team to organize and improve the print and BOM structures in WNC.
- This person will not be doing much design and will be doing more replication and adjustments.
- Need someone who has worked in a regulated environment as well. .
- Med Device experience is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to create and work from engineering drawings.
- Demonstrated application of general design and drafting of machine and product components. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills both, verbal and written.
- Strong SolidWorks knowledge.
- CAD Modeling: designers are responsible for modeling of complex parts using Solidworks CAD software including design tables, surfacing, and complex assemblies.
- Design for Manufacturability: designers are responsible for working with manufacturing personnel to ensure parts can be efficiently manufactured.
- Design Analysis: designers are responsible for performing analyses to determine the feasibility of their design including FEA and written calculations.
- Manufacturing Drawings: designers are required to create manufacturing drawings for each component per ASME Y14.5.
- Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems within mechanical design and obtaining necessary information in a timely manner.
