We are looking for a skilled CAD Designer who is passionate about transforming conceptual ideas into detailed technical AutoCAD drawings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD software, a keen eye for detail, and a creative mindset. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop innovative designs and contribute to the realization of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Following complex instructions and diagrams to create or modify drawings.
- Taking verbal direction and implementing into sketches and calculations to produce the final work.
- Producing plans, elevations, technical details and building layouts.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct design reviews and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CAD designs into the overall project.
- Maintain accurate documentation of design changes and revisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CAD Designer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with drafting standards and techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in 2D animation or visualization software.
- Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) software.
