Mandatory Qualifications

• Draft and analyze agreements
• Draft legal memorandum, complaints, discovery, and motions
• Legal research and analysis, legal writing, verbal communication, and client counseling
• Prepare and take depositions and attend mediations from prep through completion
• Strong communication internally with the firm and externally with clients
• Will work on employment law cases, including individual lawsuits and class actions
• Must have a working knowledge of the Federal and California Rules of CA Civil Procedure
• A California bar license is required
• Two or more years of experience in Employment Law
