Seeking a Remote California licensed Employment Attorney

Mandatory Qualifications
- Draft and analyze agreements
- Draft legal memorandum, complaints, discovery, and motions
- Legal research and analysis, legal writing, verbal communication, and client counseling
- Prepare and take depositions and attend mediations from prep through completion
- Strong communication internally with the firm and externally with clients
- Will work on employment law cases, including individual lawsuits and class actions
- Must have a working knowledge of the Federal and California Rules of CA Civil Procedure
- A California bar license is required
- Two or more years of experience in Employment Law
