At Grace we pride ourselves in providing our guests with the highest quality food and best dining experience they could ask for. We are currently looking to hire 3-4 quality bussers to grow our team for the upcoming year.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to cleaning duties around the restaurant
- Bus, clean, and reset tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire dining area
- Follow proper precedures for Opening and Closing the restaurant in a proficient manner
- Making our amazing over-the-top shakes!
Skills:
- Ability to be a team player and communicate effectively and in a positive manner with colleagues
- Upbeat and positive attitude, able to keep cool under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for all guests
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
Note: Previous experience as a server is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
