Busser/Food Runner

Spice Finch is an innovative modern-Mediterranean restaurant and bar in Rittenhouse Square, one of Philadelphia’s most iconic neighborhoods. Chefs Jennifer Carroll and Billy Riddle, showcase a creative approach to Mediterranean fare with a menu inspired by the herbs, spices and distinctive flavors of the nations bordering the sea. Heavier influences come from the cultures and culinary traditions of Morocco and Greece.

We are looking for the right mentality and attitude. Teamwork and willingness to pitch in is important as we work in pooled house structure. We are looking to build a staff that works hard and works together for the success of our staff and our guests.

Responsibilities Include:

• Demonstrating warm and welcoming hospitality.
• Maintain restaurant tables, with a keen eye for detail.
• Work with servers and kitchen/bar staff to flip tables.
• Polishing silverware and glassware.
• Stock the floor with various items needed for service.
• Build connections with guests and cultivate relationships with regulars.
• Work cleanly and with organization!
• Learn the food in detail and be able to describe it.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
