We are interviewing candidates for Food Runner and Busser positions, MUST BE ABLE TO DO BOTH.
The main responsibility for this position is to deliver food to guests in a friendly, professional & knowledgeable manner.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in full service restaurant is desired
- Ability to work well under pressure, be professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and courteous.
- Solid communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Task-driven individual
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of all the ingredient details of every dish on the menu
- Delivering food to guest quickly and efficiently
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen and fron of house staff
In addition the essential physical requirements for bussing are the following:
- Able to work standing up and walking during entire shift on multiple floors
- Able to continuously reach, carry, lift, bend, stoop and wipe
- Pulling and pushing up to 50 pounds
- Common hazards include but are not limited to falls, slipping, and tripping Carry heavy trays and/or bus tubs for long periods of time
