LHH is looking to hire a Business Systems Manager to aid an established client of ours in the Transportation industry. This person will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives surrounding the administration of multiple cloud systems, providing pro-active user support, and developing complex workflows using applicable programs. Ideally this person will have a strong background in business system administration with a focus on identifying and solving complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
Cloud Systems Administration: Oversee administration of various cloud-based systems. Maintain reliability, performance, and security while partnering with vendors to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
Workflow Development: Assess and provide recommendations to optimize complex workflows using Excel and Microsoft Power Automate. Ensure these workflows meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
User Support: In-partnership with IT and Business Systems Specialists, provide pro-active support to users, addressing system-related queries and troubleshooting issues. Works on assessing the data of the user support requests to develop strong systems to eliminate critical pain-points.
System Integration: Analyze the business case and manage the integration of different Business Systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for systems and workflows. Leads training sessions for users on new systems and updates.
Project Management: Oversee and own projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and implementations. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Excel and other tools for data analysis review and provides ongoing recommendations to the organization. Analyzes reports to support business decision-making to strengthen our Business Systems throughout.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Business Systems management, with a focus on cloud systems and workflow development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Strong understanding of cloud system architectures and integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in managing IT or business system projects.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to support travel (approximately 25%) required.
Ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance, customs seal, and/or USPS security clearance.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
