Job Description:
Business Systems Analyst-Associate is part of a centralized team to support vendor relationships including software assets.Unfortunately, we are not currently considering candidates for this position that require visa sponsorship. We apologize for the inconvenience.
1. Provides day-to-day operational and routine maintenance and support to functional users and employees on Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other non-clinical systems. Performs operational systems tasks and maintenance as assigned.
2. Responsible for new development of simple reports or dashboards utilizing report and dashboard tools in existing applications. May be involved in more complex report or dashboard development with supervision. Surfaces suggestions for new reports or dashboards to be built for operational consumption.
3. Develops high quality business applications documentation and training materials to assist with system training to end-users. Supports the maintenance of existing training documentation.
4. Shares important and relevant information with the team. Proactively offers suggestions, provides resources, volunteers for assignments, and removes barriers to help the team accomplish its goals.
5. Works with end users of applications to verify use cases and optimize license positions.
6. Review contracts and invoices and maintain data related to cost and value.
7. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive the organization towards software optimization
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in an information technology related field. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.

Two years of equivalent information technology, clinical, or healthcare insurance experience.

Demonstrated understanding of general concepts of business/healthcare environment, types of information used, how the data is produced, consumed, and transformed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Software Asset Management, including knowledge of common software licensing metrics
- Experience with ITSM processes and tools like ServiceNow.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of related professional experience through certification such as Certified Public Accountant, or Certified Supply Chain Professional, or Professional Business Analyst.
- Experience and knowledge of the Healthcare industry. Experience with contracts and negotiations.
