Business Systems Analyst

The role of the Business Systems Analyst entails ensuring successful new client implementations and providing ongoing support. We seek a highly motivated and self-driven individual dedicated to delivering exceptional service and achieving goals. This position involves overseeing the implementation of technical requirements, serving as the main point of contact for technology teams, clients, and vendors. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst acts as a client advocate, ensuring project outcomes surpass expectations.
Salary: $65,000-$80,000/year + bonuses and other benefits
Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis and translation between proprietary and standard file formats.
• Document and implement functional requirements, technical specifications, and template documentation designs for client's business needs.
• Review complex data files, create mapping documents, and interpret client requirements.
• Utilize SQL databases to analyze inputs/outputs and identify coding issues or necessary changes.
• Serve as a liaison between teams for system enhancements, defect submissions, and corrections.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop or enhance existing client products, ensuring technology meets business requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement, escalating issues for resolution as needed.
• Manage the implementation of new payment delivery technology projects, including developing project plans and coordinating client communication.
• Participate in internal daily stand-up meetings related to ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of healthcare experience with providers and/or payers for claims and payment processing.
• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge and experience with SQL databases required; experience with Crystal Reports preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and work independently to solve business problems.
• Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Experience and knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as KANBAN and Scrum is preferred.

This job operates in a professional office environment and may require some travel.
