Business Systems Associate

As the Business Systems Analyst, you will be focused on providing administration, analysis, reporting, and development support of Exceedra TPM system for Nestlé Out of Home Division. In this role you will provide training and problem resolution for users and works with users to ensure/improve data quality. In this role you will work directly with the Sales and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Co- Pilots to drive change and action within the organization. You will plan, prioritize, and lead your workload in an environment of significant priorities to support and guide timely and sound business decisions. The role provides chances to lead projects and think strategically while dealing with business complexity.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the business within the Trade Planning Tool Exceedra TPM through expertise and knowledge of how the system operates and how master data interfaces with the system
  • Work with Sales Managers, Commercial Development and RGM to executed data in Exceedra TPM; managing Contract ID, data quality, volume execution and drive best practices
  • Manage and complete updates in Exceedra for user accounts and access rights
  • Leverage reports to monitor and improve data quality that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization through the use of Exceedra TPM tool
  • Communicate milestone improvements and promote new initiatives while challenging existing processes to drive opportunity for growth throughout the year
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support organization performance

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS
  • Analytical support experience required
  • SAP experience preferred but not required
  • Data Analytical mindset for understanding large data sets through reporting
  • Able to work independently but also operate as part of a team
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple cross functional teams and strong ability to build relationships and credibility quickly across functions and levels within the business units.

  • Ability to influence business decisions with concrete analytical support
  • Resolve conflicts / discrepancies positively and expertly
  • Work independently in solving business issues and taking initiative
  • Partner with the customer / other functional teams to drive business results and meet deliverables
  • Utilize data to identify risks and opportunities and make recommendations
  • Communicate effectively and expertly in written and verbal form, including presentation skills
  • Coordinate training initiatives including course development, reference guide creation and actual training
