Pay Range
The full pay range is $84,544.00-$126,817.00/annually. Depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a Business Systems Analystto join our team! This position works to understand the organization’s business processes and software applications. As a liaison between business and technology, assists in identification of business needs and participates in developing new processes and implementing IT solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives. Responsible for documenting current and to be processes, requirements, data analysis and other artifacts pertinent to SDLC methodologies. Helps to ensure risk mitigation, legal and regulatory compliance while always protecting organizational and member data.

Requirements:Essential Functions and Tasks
- Evaluates business processes, anticipates requirements, identifies gaps, discovers areas of improvement, and implements solutions.
- Receives requests with either complete or incomplete data needs, and investigates and/or discovers with a subject matter expert (SME) in building a coherent business requirements document (BRD) to be used by both business savvy and tech savvy teams.
- Leads discovery meetings to learn project goals and ticket request objectives and deadlines.
- Stays up to date on the latest processes and IT technologies internally and externally.
- Uses various software's to create mockups for GUIs, workflows, process and/or systems, documentation, and illustrations of minimal viable product (MVP) concepts.
- Collaborates with multiple team representatives, working together with respect, towards common goals.
- Uses project management skills while making progress on several request tickets simultaneously (combination of agile and waterfall methodologies).
- Manages time and prioritize initiatives based on business case importance to the organization.
- Translates and/or documents technical specifications into business uses via user stories, use cases, business cases.
- Finds alternative solutions to existing processes which align with business objectives to improve scenarios and/or protect resources and data.
- Adjusts to changing strategies, finding solutions as knowledge is gained and/or shared by other Business Systems Analysis team members.
- Keeps proprietary data and PII always secure.
- Conducts data analysis and creates ad hoc reports as assigned.
- Participates in system testing, troubleshooting and problem resolution. Develops testing materials including test plans and test cases.
- Supports the business unit in helping to develop ‘Train the Trainer’ and User Training materials.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Math Science or related field of study.
- 4+ years' as IT Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Writer, Data Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and the ability to perform effectively in either setting.
Certifications Preferred:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Analysis Certification (IIBAAAC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner

Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis. Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.
All benefits except 401k start the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
