Job Description
- Collaborate with senior management to understand the company's Business Strategy and propose solutions to enhance strategic initiatives.
- Develop detailed business plans and strategies that promote the attainment of company goals and objectives.
- Facilitate change management initiatives, drive process improvements, and foster innovation.
- Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to the management team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and recommend improvements or modifications.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and external business partners.
- Provide guidance and thought leadership to the team and stakeholders on strategic projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Strategy Consultant or similar role in a consulting firm or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, market dynamics, and strategic planning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in business software, including Google Suite and business intelligence tools.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to create presentations to graphically communicate workflows and strategies is a must.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with a steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
