- Understand complex business processes and document them into a logical and comprehensible format
- Identify and drive business improvement, renovation, and evolution.
- Translate analysis and conclusions into actionable recommendations
- Create and shape processes by designing solutions and creating functional specifications for development.
- Advocate End User Experience to minimize obstacles and improve productivity
- Collaborate with technical team to design and build integrated, scalable, and automated, solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Required
- Proven experience leading IT projects with sustained business results in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Expertise in SAP as a functional specialist or a super user in areas including, supply chain, production, logistics etc.
- Expertise and passion for data, integration, information systems, architecture, and technologies
- Engaging and inspiring project team leadership, creation of high performing teams and mobilizing the organization to achieve
- Client industry experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strategic and creative thinking/problem solving which creates customer value
- Collaboration and Effective Communication and Influencing skills
- Conceptual expertise in implementing secure and sustainable architecture and processes
- Project Management (Agile and Waterfall)
