Business Skills Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with leaders and their teams - global and regional - as well as with cross-functional teams, learning partners & vendor partners to collaborate on intake, scoping and consultation or creation of content to address learning challenges, particularly in regards to Meta sales excellence and sales programs needs.
- Consult with and lead multiple concurrent global learning projects, including onboarding through ongoing training for tenured sellers.
- Continually assess and advise on educational needs for learners throughout all parts of their journey to ensure knowledge upskilling is contributing to high learner performance & business objectives.
- Design and deliver educational content primarily centered on sales for specific audiences while respecting co-employment policies.
- Enable vendors and deliver virtual and in-person training & train-the-trainer sessions.
- Contribute to internal team initiatives, such as content maintenance and onboarding optimization that will drive our team forward and ensure our audience learning experience is efficient, effective and engaging.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time, to vendor partners and internal meetings and conferences.
- 7+ years working experience within sales training & development, sales, marketing or other related field
- Experience managing internal and external facing projects (sales development/strategy, training, communications, marketing, account management) with multiple stakeholders across job functions through regular communications & meetings
- Project management skills and experience running strategic projects with global, cross-functional teams, creating, managing and delivering against a timeline
- Experience with collaborating, sharing and driving best practices cross-functionally and globally
- Problem solving and creative solution development skills
- Communication and presentation skills with proven history of success working across functions and teams
- Fluency with data analysis and business analytics
- Past experience with instructional design, content development, and facilitation
- Experience working on or establishing learning effectiveness metrics and KPIs
- Knowledge of Outsourced Sales Operations
