The Opportunity

If so, join our team as a Revenue Enablement Program Manager and Curriculum Developer for Customer Success to manage and drive the success of our subscription-based sales organization. You will have the opportunity to work with global teams, interact cross-functionally, and contribute to all strategic initiatives while ensuring that our Customer Success teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Sales at Nutanix
The Revenue Enablement team at Nutanix is a collaborative and cross-functional group that works closely with Customer Success Leadership and Customer Success Enablement professionals. This team is responsible for creating a globally consistent curriculum and Enablement Programs to support the development of the Customer Success teams. They work together to identify areas of improvement, deliver relevant content, and track key metrics of success. The team also partners with People Development to ensure seamless training and career growth opportunities for employees. This role would be part of a dynamic and knowledge-sharing team dedicated to maximizing the effectiveness of the sales organization.
Your Role
Partner with Customer Success leaders to design a global enablement strategy that is aligned to key business priorities
Collaborate and partner with Revenue Enablement professionals to deliver gold standard training and development
Develop a globally consistent curriculum for Customer Success teams
Create Enablement Programs to address areas of improvement
Track and deliver on key metrics of success
Coordinate content for sales events and training
Manage program development and implementation
Understand subscription-based sales organizations and success metrics
Drive cross-functional team collaboration
What You Will Bring
Strong program management experience
Experience in curriculum development and content creation
A strong understanding and knowledge of learning management systems
Deep knowledge of subscription-based sales organizations
Ability to influence and work with a cross-functional / cross-geographical team
Excellent communication and organizational skills

In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys outdoor pursuits, yoga, cooking and spending time with her teenage son and dog.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 120,000 and USD $ 238,800 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
