Works with Automotive Services leaders and field consultants to grow and deepen relationships with our Roadside Assistance and Approved Auto Repair Business Partners. Supports improvements in member satisfaction and network viability by targeting capacity growth and locating, developing, negotiating, and securing new partner business relationships throughout AAA Northeast territory. Manages compliance team efficiency and effectiveness in supporting service partners through onboarding, contracting and annual compliance requirements. Creates and delivers retention tools that consistently communicate benefits of affiliation.
Uses data to target geographic capacity growth requirements. Adds capacity by researching area, industry, and related services. Contacts leads, explores opportunities, and identifies high potential new providers. Adds providers to our service network.
Works with Field, Fleet and Dispatch Operations and Battery Manager to target new business territories for opportunities to improve service and/or create efficiencies throughout service territories in AAA Northeast 6 States. Travels as needed throughout territory for meetings.
Develops recruiting tools, marketing materials, presentations and negotiating strategies that demonstrate the advantages of new facilities joining the AAA Network.
Supports new providers throughout the onboarding process. Act as a primary contact for new provider leads throughout onboarding and transition to Field Consultant.
Manages External Operations centralized communications with service network. AAA Northeast ISP website content, emails, surveys to help add value and engage our current partners.
Manages compliance team efficiency and effectiveness in supporting service partners through onboarding, contracting and annual compliance requirements. Enhances CRM functionality & implements other tools or processes to simplify doing business with us.
Develops industry knowledge, monitors, and reports on industry challenges. Creates reporting to demonstrate the health and capacity of the AAA Roadside Assistance and Approved Auto Repair Networks.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management or related field is required.

The pay range for this position in Rhode Island is $75,00.00 - $92,625.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Annual bonuses are some of the additional forms of compensation offered.
