THE ROLE

The Data operations Analyst plays a crucial role in prioritizing customer satisfaction by optimizing their experience with out product, network, and services. This individual oversees the smooth integration of customer data into our patient-reported outcomes SaaS platform and contributes to internal efforts aimed at enhancing associated processes and tools.

This role is fully remote.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work closely with clients to comprehend their data organization and needs, and resolve any data-related issues through collaboration
• Develop and deploy data integration solutions to streamline the transfer of patient-reported data into our SaaS platform
• Guarantee precise configuration of data mapping, transformation, and validation processes
• Perform comprehensive quality assessments on integrated data and establish data validation protocols to uphold data integrity
• Develop detailed process documentation and training materials to promote transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Remain updated on the latest industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive ongoing enhancements

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 0-2 years of experience in integration, quality assurance, and data analytics
• Ability to travel at least 25% annually
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools and languages (SQL, Excel)

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior healthcare and SaaS experience, specifically with Electronic Health Records
• Experience with a CRM for tracking communications, knowledge management and support tickets
• Experience using Python as a programming language
