The Business Office Assistantreports to the Business Office Manager and supports the general business operations and management of concierges.
Assited Living experience with strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and a positive attitude required.
- Prepares weekly meal reconciliation report and posts corresponding charges.
- Prepares monthly service request reconciliation and posts charges to residents' accounts.
- Ensures that residents' files contain required information and are kept confidential.
- Strong AP/AR experience required.
- 2-3 years' experience in an ALF's Business Office.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Eldermark.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
