SalaryCommercial Financial Consulting, LLC (CFC) is looking for a few good BDO’s throughout the USA as an independent contractor. We offer thirty percent (30%) of our net fee received at closing and funding. We cover reasonable travel expenses, marketing & materials.
CFC acts as an investment banker, completing all underwriting, executive summary for clients seeking financing, within the five-hundred thousand to-fifty-million-dollar (500K to 50MM) range.
Transaction types: ESOPs, C&I, M&E, RE, EBITDA, SBA 7A, SBA 504, USDA cashflow loans as well as short-term hard money loans when needed.
CFC’s back office completes all underwriting, all you need to do is introduce the client.
We hold a sterling reputation with over 40 years in business. Transactions anywhere in the United States. BDO will have no geographical boundaries.
