Salary```Job Overview``` We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the organization. ```Duties``` - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and objectives - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions - Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs - Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation - Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels - Manage the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to supervisors on performance management techniques - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment - Conduct investigations into employee complaints or allegations of misconduct - Collaborate with management to develop strategic workforce planning initiatives ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have: - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role - In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws - Experience with HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strategic planning abilities with a focus on talent management and development - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines If you are a dedicated HR professional looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization, we would love to hear from you.
