SalaryResponsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- All new Building opening April 1 make sure its in top shape always.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues related to Building Maintenance
- Respond to maintenance requests from management
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Provide excellent customer service
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Maintenance or a related field
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repair work
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
