Now Hiring: Full-Time (BOM) Business Office Manager

Responsibilities of (BOM)Business Office Manager:

• Record cash receipts in the proper account.
• Maintain necessary billing and financial information in resident files.
• Maintain resident trust accounts and balances monthly.
• Work efficiently, and communicate with corporate billers
• Coordinate all collection efforts in collaboration with the nursing home Administrator.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming payments with addresses, telephone numbers, etc.; explain bills to residents as necessary and maintain appropriate back-up records.
• Maintain system for recording accounts receivables.
• Knowledge of reimbursement system, allowable services and documentation required to ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Maintains effective communication with residents, families, facility staff and Business Office staff members.
• Work with residents to qualify for Medicaid.

Qualifications of (BOM) Business Office Manager:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous Business Office Management experience
• Associates/Bachelors in Business or Accounting strongly preferred
• Experience in Long Term Care accounting preferred
• Experience with CMS preferred
• Experience with Point Click Care preferred
