Human Resources Director Job Responsibilities:
interviewing canidates, making hiring decisions, onboarding new hires verify and entering employee times worked into payroll system, Review and approve payroll biweekly. Other duties as assigned as well.
We are seeking someone who combines strong HR skills with a compassionate, engaged personality and a dedication to ensuring a high degree of employee satisfaction. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are very important for the position.
The Business Office Manager is responsible for managing accounts receivable according to established operational policies and procedures and accepted accounting practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Establishes a file for each resident and assures that all documents required are completed and signed; and verifies and mails admission paperwork as required.
- Maintains accurate daily census for residents to ensure correspondence with census billed.
- Collaborates with the Admissions Coordinator to complete a financial inquiry at or before admission to validate Medicare eligibility and to identify all methods of payment for services.
- Monthly billing.
- Completes and transmits all Medicare, Medicaid, insurance, billings, and private statements.
- Assures non-coverage letters are completed timely.
- Submits co-insurance claims to insurance companies and Medicare.
- Establishes a file for each resident and assures that all documents required are completed and signed; and verifies and mails admission paperwork as required.
- Posts payments on accounts.
- Prepares and does bank deposits daily and forwards related report to corporate office.
- Follows timely month-end closing procedures.
- Sends out collection notices/letters to past-due accounts as required by Collection Policy.
- Transmits billing reports/data to the corporate A/R manager according to established procedures.
- Makes adjustments to resident accounts as necessary.
- Processes check requests for refunds.Answer resident/family members' questions about filling.
