Chenega Architecture and Design Solutions

Chenega Architecture and Design Solutions (CADS) is a certified 8(a) Alaskan Native Small Disadvantaged Business, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chenega Corporation. CADS will reach back into the MIOS SBU’s common administrative services, technical subject matter expertise, past performance, experience, and the skills of our key leadership to support the pursuit of new business opportunities, as well as to execute them. This reach back also includes leveraging our ISO-certified Quality Management System (QMS). Our QMS is complete with business processes, workflows, methodologies, and the necessary tools to compete for contracts that require operating advice and assistance, financial, strategic, and organizational planning, budgeting, security, records and process management, and business process improvement. Our SBU operating model greatly enhances our ability to leverage expertise to generate new business and effectively manage awarded contracts.
CADS architecture, engineering, and interior design team has decades of experience serving U.S. Federal Government clients from initial design strategy and planning through implementation and management with our expertise in U.S Federal Government Building standards and processes.
CADS’s goal is to understand the intended function of the space and the needs of the users so we can offer proven solutions based on our diverse and extensive experience. We focus on industry best practices and partner with leading industry organizations for standards and support. We are poised to support the future of technology based on our expertise in systems integrations, the Building Internet of Things (BIoT), and machine learning and artificial intelligence.
 

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in management of a diversified workforce (e.g., various labor categories performing a variety of work requirements as identified in the PWS) and geographically dispersed work environment.
