Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for profitability and growth for the owners ready to hand off some/most of the day to day management after a 5 year launch
• Properly balance the competing priorities of sales growth with meeting the expectations of our existing client base
• Mastery and daily utilization of software and telephone systems to ensure jobs are scheduled and billed accurately
• Communicates with contractors and homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with co workers, delivery drivers, as well as construction project managers as our primary clientele.
• Direct and coordinate marketing efforts, staffing schedules, equipment inventory, & customer demands, while maintaining command of profitable pricing and establishing easy / fast payment terms, and monitoring external cost pressures
• Balance the above with driving responsibiliities with customer demand or staffing limitations dictates.

Qualifications

• Commercial Driver's License (Required)
• Experience managing internal and external customer demand.
• Willingness to wear a number of hats - Driving, staff and job scheduling, sales and marketing, dispatch and logistics, client interaction and CRM functions, etc.
• Desire to take responsibility for growing a good company into a great one, and be recognized appropriately with long term career growth, generous bonus & incentive compensation and profit sharing
