Business Litigation Associate

A Transatlantic Law Firm is currently seeking a Litigation Associate to join the firm's Irvine, California office. The firm has a robust litigation practice and handles some of the largest cases in federal and state courts around the country. A Transatlantic Law Firm is looking for an associate with 4-8 years of experience in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, as well as court experience. Ideal candidates will have employment experience, plus strong general litigation skills.
