Sensaria is the world's foremost producer of grand and large-format digital graphics. We are an industry leader in creating innovative products for wall decor, art reproduction, and the professional photography and art communities. Our combined 600k+ square feet of manufacturing facilities across the United States house over 180 grand and large format digital printers, custom automated finishing equipment, and coating capabilities to produce
printed recyclable materials up to 16 ft. wide. Our prepress department processes more than 50,000 files per day with the aid of proprietary software automation tools. We operate around-the-clock, 7 days a week to deliver extraordinary customer service, and print over 400 million square feet of material annually. We specialize in industry leading innovations accompanied by world-class service.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will support all entities and divisions within Circle Graphics - Sensaria by managing data retrieval and analysis within the organization. This person will utilize the company's SAP B1 ERP, BigQuery, Looker, SQL and various other systems to organize data points and communicate to departments based on the company's needs. The role consists of supporting an SAP database environment and will be critical to design and build sequel queries within SAP to report on company performance and key metrics. This position will enable and enhance Circle Graphics' financial planning and reporting capabilities and will deliver the planning and analytical business requirements while ensuring high quality solutions that meet current and anticipated business needs.
This role will work on the implementation of planning and analytics solutions focused on integrating data from multiple data sources (SAP and Non-SAP tools) to support financial analysis and building the annual operating plan of the company.
This role will also assist with the integration of acquisitions into Circle Graphics' SAP platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with leadership and functional teams to understand and define system requirements and recommend technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Design, develop and implementation of SAP B1 planning and reporting solutions.
- Develop queries and analytical solutions using B1, Big Query, Looker, Tableau, SQL Query a preference
- Design and develop ways to automate ongoing reporting requirements and update reporting metrics.
- Responsible for data retrieval from various systems utilizing best practices to support effective analytics performance.
- Mentor resources and share expertise/best practices on systems function, design, and capabilities
- Develop training tools and documentation to provide to various users.
- Introduce best practice and process improvement ideas wherever appropriate.
- Integrate financial reporting and month end close processes of future acquisitions into SAP B1, pending the full migration onto SAP.
- Assist with driving synergies by migrating existing business not on the SAP platform into SAP.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with optimization and implementation of SAP system as needed to scale the business.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, sequel query expert, or related field
- Familiarity of SAP B1/ HANA a significant plus
- Excellent skills in SQL script to answer immediate business requirements.
- Proficiency with BI visualization tools and dashboards such as BigQuery, Looker, Tableau
