We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our GetInsured team. GetInsured is the leading provider for state-based marketplace technology with more experience than any technology provider transitioning states off healthcare.gov and implementing exchanges. We are dedicated to helping as many Americans as possible easily find and enroll in affordable health insurance.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new reports and dashboards.
- Lead the development and design of advanced reports, ensuring they meet user needs.
- Supervise and mentor a team of BI analysts ensuring they meet objectives.
- Monitor the performance of BI systems and proactively address bottlenecks or slowdowns.
- Optimize queries and data retrieval processes to improve performance.
- Develop data mapping and data modeling strategies to support ETL processes.
- Act as a point of contact for end-users, addressing their data-related queries and issues.
- Work with network/operations architect to plan for the scalability of network infrastructure as data volumes grow.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers to deliver insights
- Address customer concerns, feedback, and issues related data inconsistencies and data quality.
- Implement fixes and improvements to enhance data accuracy and reliability.
Employee will be eligible to telecommute.
Requires Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field+ Requires proficient knowledge of SQL Programming, ETL data processing, Business Intelligence/ Analytical reporting, Datawarehouse management, Data flow modeling, Natural Language Processing, Database-schema design, Statistical analysis. proficiency may be obtained through education or experience.
