- Familiarity with developing and maintain reports and dashboards, including Performance Analytics
- Use of other data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms may be required
- Collect, analyze, and interpreting data sets to identify trends and patterns
- Identify and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to stakeholders
- Create ad-hoc reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision making
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting practices
- Experience in planning, directing, or coordinating activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming
- Experience conducting research activities, providing recommendations, providing supporting presentations, and tracking actions
- Working knowledge of various BI tools such as Power BI, or Tableau
- Familiarity with Agile Project Management methodology
- Confident and articulate oral communicator with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to easily connect with all types of people
- Good written communication skills including the ability to present ideas in both a business-friendly and user-friendly language
- Experience working well in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing
- Effective time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills, including conducting research into issues
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products independently using documentation and online resources
- Must be able to ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards
- Proficient in MS Office
Education:
- High School Diploma or Computer Science, or related scientific/technical discipline certificate and 0-2 years’ experience
Clearance:
- MUST have an active IRS Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) clearance and the ability to maintain that clearance

Salary Information:
- The pay for this position ranges from $58,750 to $72,000.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
