Responsibilities:
- Support Business HR Lead in overall HR strategy and execution, and drive HR strategy locally
- Responsible to plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate performance of HR program efforts within client group, under the supervision of Business HR Lead.
- Prepare, coordinate, and support practice managers/business managers/Business HR Lead on disciplinary actions, terminations, and reductions in force.
- Prepare, coordinate, and support annual appraisal process.
- Participate and direct regional/Market Unit onboarding and employee engagement programs and maximize retention.
- Contribute to the creation of Area HR policies and programs through participation on special projects and tasks forces
- Participate in the development of your client group's plans and programs as a strategic partner, but particularly from the perspective of the impact on people.
- Translate the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational program plans.
- Establish credibility throughout the organization with management and the employees in order to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.
- Provide technical advice and knowledge to others within the human resources discipline.
- Continue improving the programs, policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational people issues of the organization.
- Manage and update HR systems and enable maximum benefit to be derived from the system.
- Provide reporting and analytics on HR/people metrics and identify themes and trends to support data-driven people decisions, set HR priorities, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide input to communications and meetings, including content development.
- Generalist background in compensation/benefits, HR administration, retention, onboarding, and recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering employee programs that impacted/improved the success of an organization/department.
- Expert knowledge of applicable regional employment laws.
- You likely possess a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's degree preferred; SPHR/PHR certification preferred.
- You likely have about 2-6 years of professional experience in a Human Resources role.
