Job Title: Global Travel Risk Analyst
Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing travel requests and itineraries, particularly to elevated risk destinations, to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Contacting travelers and/or delegates to address missing or noncompliant documents or contents with travel policies.
Monitoring the Global Travel Risk mailbox and promptly responding to all inquiries with professionalism.
Utilizing third-party risk platforms to monitor potential incidents that may impact Wells Fargo travelers globally, and following established protocols to communicate with travelers and report statuses to key stakeholders and incident management entities.
Providing support during crisis management operations, including after regular business hours, as needed.
Compiling and disseminating Travel Risk Advisories as required to ensure travelers are well-informed.
Offering travel risk support for major company events as necessary.
Fulfilling responsibilities related to maintaining and publishing country risk ratings and hotel security assessments.
Collaborating with internal and external partners to facilitate information sharing, understand requirements, and improve process efficiency.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information concisely and professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Academic or professional background in international affairs, intelligence, travel risk, or corporate security.
Willingness and ability to work outside of regular business hours during times of crisis or as directed.
Previous experience supporting a global travel, travel risk, or corporate security program for a multinational corporation.
Experience using third-party travel risk platforms like Crisis24/Worldcue, Everbridge Travel Protector, or International SOS.
Familiarity with global risk and intelligence vendors such as Everbridge, Sibylline, Intelligence Fusion, Factal, Crisis24, etc.
Knowledge of employing mass communication technologies to communicate during incidents or crises.
