- Updating client details in Moraware (CRM).
- Problem solving and issue resolution - working with measure technician, design manager, and sometimes installers to align to customer's wants and needs.
- Meet revenue targets by further developing accounts: Kitchen and Bath, Remodelers, contractors and Builders.
- Create a win-win scenario for our partners to build a long-lasting partnership model for success.
- Strong communication with multiple stakeholders at accounts to ensure countertop project details are communicated in a clear and timely manner to project management.
- Build relationships at multiple levels of an organization from designers, project managers, to VP's, CEO's and owners to ensure we are being a good partner.
- Promote Richstone's core principles of fast turnaround time, competitive pricing and exceptional customer service.
- Ability to quickly jump on marketing/inbound leads and act as an overall team player helping out with accounts where needed.
- Develop strategic plans for growing key accounts and revisit plans regularly.
- Enhances organization’s reputation by exuding professionalism at all times.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Keep detailed records of customer interaction, expenses, sales invoices, email communication, and contractual agreements.
- Attended regular industry events to promote Richstone as a company and our services, with about 50% of these events occurring after-hours.
- Competitive Base Salary: $60k - $70k and OTE up to $150k.
