ROCIMG is looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team of professionals. The Business Development Specialist must thrive in an environment where they are responsible for the management and execution of the full Business Development (BD) life cycle process across multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposals for the Federal Civilian, Technology Project/Program Management, Strategic Planning, and Management Consulting marketplace as the primary focus; secondary focus is other federal agencies. The ideal candidate will leverage strong customer relationships and personal experience to identify and assess potential business opportunities that result in measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is expected to exercise sound judgment within broadly defined practices and policies; regularly interact with all levels of management, business partners, staff, and customers; and display a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy.
