We're searching for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who will play a key role in driving growth and revenue for our company by identifying and qualifying leads for our sales executive team members. You will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and setting up meetings with potential clients to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
- Qualify leads to determine their suitability and interest in our products and services
- Manage and update sales pipeline and CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information
- Track progress against sales targets and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads for further development
- Establish rapport and build relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads
- Provide timely and relevant information to prospects to educate them about our products and services and address their needs
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other activities to support the overall success of the sales team
Experience and Skills to Succeed in this role:
- Proven track record of success in a sales or Business Development role, with at least 1 year of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with potential leads
- Results-oriented mindset, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Experience using CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $65,000 base plus commission opportunity

This is a fully remote position with our main operations based in the New York City metro area. We operate in the Eastern Time Zone and are ideally searching for someone based in the NYC metro area. Candidates from other locations will also be considered, as long as they are willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
First round of interviews will begin the week of March 4th and continue through the following week.
