Your Mission:

We're seeking a strategic and dynamic individual to strengthen our established market position in dental and animal health construction while simultaneously exploring new opportunities in multifamily, light industrial, and office sectors. Role Insight:
As a key player in our team, you will not only uphold our strong reputation in the dental and animal health sectors but also be instrumental in expanding our presence in these areas. Your role involves balancing the cultivation of our established markets with the excitement of unlocking potential in new construction verticals. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the challenge of growth and diversification. Territory includes: Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and expand our market share in the established dental and animal health construction sectors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in multifamily, light industrial, and office construction.
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships, leveraging networking skills to deepen market penetration and create new avenues for growth.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, effectively managing your targets and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Perform a variety of development project due diligence and feasibility-related tasks for projects
- Conduct conference calls, video calls, face-to-face visits, and presentations with prospective and existing clients
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in Business Development, particularly in the construction industry.
- Strong track record in both maintaining and expanding market presence, especially in dental and animal health sectors.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a strong influence in the Ohio market and the capability to venture into new territories.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven professional with the ability to work independently.
- Persuasive and convincing personality
- Quick thinker and decision-maker
- High level of commitment to their deals and clients
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- 5+ years business to business sales experience
- Proven track record of developing and closing business
- Experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing agreements
- Commercial construction, Healthcare industry, and/or real estate development industry sales experience
Compensation: $85,000 base
- Uncapped commission structure
- $190,000 to $235,000 a year at goal
- Position is also eligible for ownership in real estate as additional incentive
