We are looking to add a Sales Consultant to our team!
Sales Consultants are tasked with driving the new Business Development aspect of our organization. A typical day will consist of interviewing candidates, preparing and presenting candidates to our employer clients, solidifying new career opportunities and providing a high level of customer service to the clients and candidates we serve.
You are provided every possible resource you could need, training, structure and are paid a percentage of the revenues generated through your efforts. We are looking for someone who is motivated, optimistic, structured, flexible, and has a background in business-to-business sales.

Job Responsibilities
Consult both clients and candidates in a consultative capacity.
Interview, Prepare, and Present Candidates to qualified opportunities.
Acquire new employment clients.
Works closely with recruiting team for the fulfillment of orders.
Cold and warm calls to employers and candidates.
Qualifications
1+ year experience in a business-to-business sales capacity.
Experience with warm and cold calling.
Customer service oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
