Responsibilities:
- Evaluate leads generated from marketing campaigns to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through a combination of cold calls, emails, and other communication channels to qualify opportunities.
- Effectively present our company's products and services, showcasing their value proposition to potential clients.
- Identify client needs and requirements through discovery best practices, offering tailored solutions to address their specific challenges.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to seamlessly transition qualified leads and facilitate successful deal closures.
- Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities in the market, staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition in the sales process.
Skills and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience with 2 -5 years as a Business Development Representative or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing and interpreting sales data.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to use them for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Capability to deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
