Join Growing Green, a local, woman-owned business established in 1973, specializing in Indoor and Outdoor plantscapes, Living walls, and Holiday decor. Currently, seeking a passionate Business Development Specialist to prospect, secure, and develop new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in the green industry and can quickly grasp working knowledge of our team, clients, plants, and services offered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, and develop potential business while leaving a positive lasting impression on potential future clients.
• Use CRM software for trustworthy reporting on leads, client visits, and team communications
• Create a clear and creative vision of successful plant/landscaping programs with design software.
• A keen eye for fine details and innovative design
• Punctual delivery of proposals to clients that provide clarity and explanation of the enhanced environment.
• Exceed monthly client service and sales goals.
• Team-focused and supportive thinking

Qualifications

• 5 Star customer service focused
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven successes with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development.
• Deliver strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet goals.
• Experience with Photoshop or other imaging software or willingness to learn.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Teams.
• Successful results-oriented
