Digital Strike is looking for an entrepreneurial, sales professional to join our team in the role of Business Development Manager. This dynamic role is best-suited to a proven self-starter and Business Development-focused individual who excels in an autonomous and goal-oriented environment.
The Business Development Manager will act as the face of the organization and play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying opportunities within the company’s target market. Digital Strike partners with US-based clients in a variety of service-type verticals that require lead generation for business growth.
The Business Development Manager will successfully identify, foster, and develop initial relationships with prospective clients and successfully present our agency’s digital marketing solutions.
Skills and experience required to successfully fulfill the duties of this position include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Solid track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience developing new relationships through consultative sales approach and selling digitally-driven solutions to senior executives
- Proven passion to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space
- Demonstrated experience assessing and understanding multiple facets of clients’ businesses
- Ability to quickly identify and coordinate new business opportunities, goals, and budget with Digital Strike’s core capabilities
- Possess basic working knowledge of – or demonstrate ability to learn – digital marketing tools and platforms and articulate the role each plays in success of client campaigns
Success in this Position:
- Prospecting (70 - 80% of time)
- Pipeline management (20 – 30% of time)
- Achieve performance targets
- Understand customer requirements through a consultative approach and work with internal team to develop robust, compelling presentations and proposals to effectively move potential clients through the sales pipeline
- Prepare and present comprehensive and compelling proposals that address clients’ specific requirements and objections
