PRO(HR) Business Partner- Retail- Illinois/NW Indiana

As a PRO Business Partner, you will act as a Business Partner to operational leaders in building and executing talent strategies that deliver business results. This position will be based in Illinois OR the NW Indiana area.
As a Partner Resources Manager, you will...
• Implement Partner Resources strategic plans, tactics and projects. Integrates company-wide Partner Resources strategic plans, projects and objectives into client business units, departments and regions.
• Provide consultation and support to managers on partner relations issues and applicable company policies and employment laws. -
• Serve as an advocate on behalf of all partners. Solicits and listens to partners' concerns,and takes an active role in resolving problems. Provides information, or facilitates partners' ability to obtain information, about benefits, compensation, training and other Partner Resources programs and service
We'd love to hear from people with:
• Human Resources generalist with emphasis in performance development, training, employee relations, and compensation administration 6 years -
• responsible human resources generalist roles 5 years -
• Experience with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions 3 years -Supervisory experience
